How long does sea freight take from the UK to Nigeria?

Most FCL and LCL sea freight arrives in 4–6 weeks from departure, depending on sailing schedules and Nigeria Customs processing at the port of arrival.

How long does air freight take?

Air freight typically lands in 3–10 working days depending on cargo type, with documents and small parcels moving fastest.

Can I pack my own barrel?

Yes. You can pack and seal your own barrel or box, or drop items off unpacked at our South Ockendon warehouse and our team will pack it for you.

Are there items I can't ship?

Certain food, liquid, electrical and restricted items are limited under Nigeria Customs rules. Contact us before packing anything unusual and we'll confirm.

How do I pay for shipping?

Payment details are confirmed when we send your quote. UK bank transfer and card payment are both accepted.

Do you deliver outside Lagos?

Yes. We deliver to Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan and other major cities directly, and to further states through local delivery partners.

How do I track my shipment?

Use your waybill number (starting OPUK-) and contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email for a status update.

Do you handle customs clearance?

Yes, our licensed clearing agents in Lagos handle Nigeria Customs documentation and duty as part of your shipment.
